· Responsibilities include detailed inspections of home structure, systems, and installed appliances.

· Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning).

· Complete a detailed written report for each home inspection, delivered to the Client within 24 hours. Reports include concise descriptions of home defects, accompanied by documentation and digital photography, and video.

· Additional Certifications: Pool & Spa, Roof Moisture Instruction, and Deck Inspections.
